- Chicken breasts

- Butter &olive oil
- Flour
- White wine
Saute the veg &chicken for a while and then sprinkle over the flour ,stir in,season with black pepper and salt. Chuck in a glass or so of white wine,half a pint of milk and simmer for about 30 mins.
Serve with brown rice.
Freeze the left over rice and casserole in two-portion tubs.
