I've just found your site whilst googling for child friendly meal plans. I love your site. It covers all the things I look for in my websurfing sessions. I have the same morning problems. Mine (4 boys) are resisting getting dressed before going downstairs. The older ones are 6 and 5. I'm trying all sorts of terrible bribery! It's an ongoing challenge! This week they're trying to get 5 stars on their star chart, one star each time they get dressed before the 15 minute sand timer runs out, to earn a cbeebies magazine. I have to do the bedtime rundown now but (baby allowing) I'm going to come back later and read what you have to say about shabby chic, decluttering and time management!
